This afternoon I had a typical home recording experience, complete with too many dogs, too many cords and too much laughter (which is where this story ends).

The Astrodome—which locals have often lamented is languishing unused—will be put to the best use of its long lifetime. It will be “home” for the refugees from the New Orleans Superdome which is storm-damaged and threatened with rising water.
